How to Order

Orders can be placed over the Phone, Fax, Via E-mail or through our website. A confirmation E-mail will then be sent to you with an invoice detailing the cost of goods.

For wholesale orders simple fill in a feedback form listing your name your email your company's name and details and you will be emailed a password to the wholesale shop.

Freight

Our pricing is freight inclusive except international orders and orders to W.A, N.T and Tasmania. For international orders or orders from W.A, N.T or Tasmania please Email your order to Sales@australiasearth.com.au and an invoice will be sent to you including the cost of frieght.

Claims

All goods should be checked for damage upon taking delivery

If goods are damaged, please record this on the consignment note. Please contact us within 24 of delivery, to discuss refund or replacement. Claims may be subject to inspection.
